10 No-Meat Meals for Lent

Lent starts on Wednesday! Are you ready?

Hopefully you’ve prepared something to give up and/or something to do to prepare yourself for Jesus’ resurrection. This is such an important part of Lent — fasting from the things that harm our relationship with Jesus and actively trying to do good.

While not the main point of this post, I do encourage you to think about giving up animal products for lent. As I’ve talked about before, removing animal products from your diet can do so many good things for your health. And, if you’ve thought that eating a plant-based diet would be too large of a sacrifice, consider removing animal products from your diet as a great sacrifice for Jesus. There’s nothing like Divine motivation!!

No matter what you’ve decided to do for Lent, you’re still going to need some meatless meals for Ash Wednesday and all the Fridays of Lent. So I’ve compiled this list to help you out! There’s nothing worse than scouring the internet last minute for a recipe. Planning ahead is the key to successful meat-free Fridays. What you’ll find in this list is recipes that are no-meat and 100% whole food plant-based.

Let’s jump in!
