Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 2/3 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Pepitas
  • 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Fruit (cranberries, raisins, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the oats, maple syrup, pepitas, chia seeds, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  3. Spread on the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the granola is golden brown.
  4. Let cool completely on the pan, then stir in the dried fruit. Serve and enjoy!
