Ingredients
- 3 Cups Rolled Oats
- 2/3 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Pepitas
- 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Dried Fruit (cranberries, raisins, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the oats, maple syrup, pepitas, chia seeds, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
- Spread on the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the granola is golden brown.
- Let cool completely on the pan, then stir in the dried fruit. Serve and enjoy!
