Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Puffed Rice or other puffed grain of choice (if large, chop into small pieces)
  • 1/3 Cup Nut Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Fold in the puffed rice and coat with the maple syrup.
  3. Press the mixture into a square brownie pan. Freeze for an hour.
  4. When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and slice into bars. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
