Ingredients
- 3 Cups Puffed Rice or other puffed grain of choice (if large, chop into small pieces)
- 1/3 Cup Nut Butter
- 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk the nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
- Fold in the puffed rice and coat with the maple syrup.
- Press the mixture into a square brownie pan. Freeze for an hour.
- When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and slice into bars. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
