Ingredients
- 4 cups Arugula
- 1 Cup Chickpeas
- 4 Whole Dried Figs, halved
- 1/4 Cup Walnuts
Balsamic Dressing
- 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Clove Minced Garlic
Instructions
- In a small bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Arrange the arugula, chickpeas, figs, and walnuts on a platter. Drizzle with the balsamic dressing. Enjoy!
