Ingredients

  • 4 cups Arugula
  • 1 Cup Chickpeas
  • 4 Whole Dried Figs, halved
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts

Balsamic Dressing

  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Clove Minced Garlic

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients.
  2. Arrange the arugula, chickpeas, figs, and walnuts on a platter. Drizzle with the balsamic dressing. Enjoy!
