Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Mashed/Pureed Banana*
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  3. Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through to break up some of the clusters. Allow the granola to cool for 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
