Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Frozen Banana
- 1 Tablespoon Bourbon
- 2 Tablespoons Toasted Pecans, chopped
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Add the frozen banana and the bourbon to a food processor. Blend until the bananas are completely smooth. This may take several minutes depending on how frozen your bananas are.
- Add the pecans and salt and pulse to mix them into the banana bourbon mixture.
- Pour the nice cream into a bowl and enjoy as soft serve OR place in the freezer for an hour and enjoy as 'churned' ice cream.
