Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Spaghetti or Linguine
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Heads Broccolini, whole or Broccoli, chopped into florets
- 1 Bunch Asparagus
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
- Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to the package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water. Drain and rinse well.
- In a large skillet, sauté the onion, broccolini, and asparagus for 5-7 minutes, until starting to soften. Cover with a lid to help the veggies cook.
- Turn off the heat and add the cooked pasta, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the vegetables. Add a splash of pasta water to create a sauce.
- Serve and season with red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
