Ingredients
- 1 Cup Raw Cashews
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Teaspoons Date Syrup (+/- to taste)
Instructions
- Cover the cashews in boiling water and soak until soft, around 50 minutes.
- Drain the cashews then place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for a minute or two, until the mixture is smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as necessary. Use in place of milk or cream in coffee or other beverages. Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
