Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Cherries
  • 2 Cups Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Non-Dairy Yogurt
  • 3/4 Cup Non-Dairy Milk
  • Toppings: Cherries, Berries, Chia Seeds, Coconut Flakes, etc.

Instructions

  1. Allow the fruit to thaw slightly before blending. Add all the smoothie ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings. Enjoy!
