Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Chickpeas
  • 1/2 Cup Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Peanuts
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • 1/2┬áCup Golden Raisins

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven or air fryer or oven to 350. Bake or fry chickpeas with some salt for 10 minutes.
  2. When the chickpeas are done toast the almonds, peanuts, and pecans for a few minutes, until they are just starting to turn golden and fragrant.
  3. Let the chickpeas and nuts cool completely.
  4. Mix the cooled chickpeas, nuts, chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, and raisins. Enjoy!
