Ingredients

  • 4 Pears
  • 4 Teaspoons Date Syrup
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the pears.
  2. Add all ingredients into a non-stick pan and cook on medium heat for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. The pears are done when they are are warmed and soft. Enjoy!
