Ingredients
- 1 16-ounce bag Brown Lentils
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot (8 cups) of water to a boil.
- Add the lentils to the boiling water. Let cook with the lid tilted for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- When the lentils are soft but still intact, drain.
- Add the spices and mix to combine. Enjoy!
