  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Baru Nuts (or other nut of choice)
  • 1/4 Cup Raisins (or other dried fruit of choice)
  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds (or other seed of choice)
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flakes (or other ingredient of choice)
  • Non-Dairy Milk, to serve
