Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Radishes, leaves and roots trimmed
  • 6 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the radishes with the garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange the radishes on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the radishes are fork-tender.
  4. Serve with a sprinkle with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
