Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Radishes, leaves and roots trimmed
- 6 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the radishes with the garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the radishes on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the radishes are fork-tender.
- Serve with a sprinkle with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
