Ingredients

Gingerbread Spice

  • 3/8 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg

Gingerbread Almonds

  • 1 Cup Raw Almonds
  • 1 Tablespoon Date Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Molasses
  • 1 Teaspoon Gingerbread Spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make the gingerbread spice if you don't already have some.
  2. Mix the almonds, date syrup, molasses, and gingerbread spice in a medium bowl. Spread on the lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Let cool completely. Enjoy!
