Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup Boiling Water
- 1/4 Cup Date Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Cold Water
- 2 Tablespoons Full-Fat Coconut Milk
Instructions
- Blend cocoa powder and boiling water in a blender on high for 30 seconds.
- Add maple syrup, date syrup, chia seeds, avocado, vanilla, salt, and cold water. Blend on high for 45 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure all the ingredients are incorporated.
- Blend again, slowly adding the coconut milk. Continue blending until the pudding is smooth.
- Transfer to containers (like mason jars) and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve straight from the jars or portion into bowls. Enjoy!
