- Heat the oven to 350°F. Arrange the almonds on a baking sheet and heat in the oven until you can smell their fragrance. It is okay if the almonds go in the oven while it is heating up.
- Remove the almonds from the oven and place in a food processor. Process until smooth. Scrape down the sides if you need to. For a very creamy butter, continue to process the butter until you can hear the almond butter sloshing on the sides of the bowl. Remove and store in a jar. Enjoy!
