  • 1 1/2 Cups Raw Almonds

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F. Arrange the almonds on a baking sheet and heat in the oven until you can smell their fragrance. It is okay if the almonds go in the oven while it is heating up.
  2. Remove the almonds from the oven and place in a food processor. Process until smooth. Scrape down the sides if you need to. For a very creamy butter, continue to process the butter until you can hear the almond butter sloshing on the sides of the bowl. Remove and store in a jar. Enjoy!
