Ingredients

  • 1 15oz Can Chickpeas (reserve the liquid)
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Aquafaba (this is the reserved liquid)
  • 1/4 Cup Tahini
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne or Chili Powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients, except the aquafaba, to a food processor.
  2. Blend, adding the aquafaba, until you reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!
