Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Fresh Spinach
- 2 Large Fuji Apples, thinly sliced
- 2-3 Kiwis, peeled and sliced into discs
- 1/2 Cup Corn Kernels
- 1/4 Cup Sliced Red Onion
- 1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds
- 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup. Taste and add more syrup as necessary to balance the tang of the balsamic.
- Divide all the ingredients evenly into four bowls. Dress each salad as desired. Enjoy!
