Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Frozen Cauliflower
  • 3 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • 1/2 Green Apple
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 Tablespoons Walnuts
  • 1/2" Disc Fresh Ginger OR 1 Tablespoon Chopped Ginger OR 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Liquid – non-dairy milk, pineapple juice, or water

Instructions

  1. Let the bananas and cauliflower thaw for a few minutes.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Enjoy! Store leftovers in the freezer.
