Kiwi Kale Smoothie
This Vegan Kiwi Kale Smoothie is a green drink filled with nutrient-dense fruits and veggies. Enjoy this smoothie for breakfast or as a snack.

- 1 Cup Frozen Cauliflower
- 3 Frozen Bananas
- 1 Bunch Kale
- 1/2 Green Apple
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 2 Kiwis
- 2 Tablespoons Walnuts
- 1/2" Disc Fresh Ginger OR 1 Tablespoon Chopped Ginger OR 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/4-1/2 Cup Liquid – non-dairy milk, pineapple juice, or water
- Let the bananas and cauliflower thaw for a few minutes.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Enjoy! Store leftovers in the freezer.
