Ingredients

  • 3 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 Cup Loosely Packed Spinach OR 1/2 Teaspoon Green Spirulina Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Loosely Packed Fresh Mint OR 1/2 Teaspoon Mint Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Non-Dairy Milk
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Take the bananas out of the freezer and allow to thaw for 5-10 minutes, so they become easy to blend.
  2. Add the bananas, spinach/spirulina, and mint/mint extract to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, adding the non-dairy milk, if necessary to help blend.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and pulse to incorporate then transfer to a bowl OR spoon the mixture into a bowl and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Enjoy!
