Ingredients
- 5 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate or Vegan Dark Chocolate
- 2 Tablespoons Espresso Powder
- 1 Cup Raw Almonds
Instructions
- Microwave the chocolate on half power in 30 second increments. Stir between increments to avoid overheating the chocolate.
- While the chocolate is still warm, mix in the espresso powder and stir well.
- Using a spoon, dip the almonds into the chocolate. You can dip them one at a time or all together.
- Place them on a sheet of parchment paper to cool. Allow them to set – you can speed up this process by putting them in the refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy!
