Mocha Chip Almonds

Sweet, crunchy, covered in coffee and chocolate, these Mocha Chip Almonds make a delicious and healthy sweet treat. Made with only three ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate or Vegan Dark Chocolate
  • 2 Tablespoons Espresso Powder
  • 1 Cup Raw Almonds

Instructions

  1. Microwave the chocolate on half power in 30 second increments. Stir between increments to avoid overheating the chocolate.
  2. While the chocolate is still warm, mix in the espresso powder and stir well.
  3. Using a spoon, dip the almonds into the chocolate. You can dip them one at a time or all together.
  4. Place them on a sheet of parchment paper to cool. Allow them to set – you can speed up this process by putting them in the refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy!
