Ingredients
- 3 Cups Rolled Oats
- 2/3 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- To serve: vegan yogurt, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the oats, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
- Spread on the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the granola is golden brown.
- Let cool completely on the pan. Serve and enjoy!
