Ingredients
- 2-3 Medium Sweet Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Sage
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Chop the sweet potatoes into small chunks (leave the skins on).
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix evenly.
