Ingredients

  • 2-3 Medium Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Sage
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Chop the sweet potatoes into small chunks (leave the skins on).
  3. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix evenly.
  4. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
