Ingredients

  • 1 15oz Can Chickpeas (reserve the liquid)
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Aquafaba (this is the reserved liquid)
  • 1/4 Cup Tahini
  • 1 Lemon, zest & juice
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Dill
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients, except the aquafaba, to a food processor. Blend, adding the aquafaba, until you reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!
