- 1 15-Ounce Can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed with aquafaba reserved
- 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Canned Coconut Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Liquid Aminos or Tamari
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Blend until completely smooth, adding aquafaba as necessary to achieve desired texture. Serve with veggies and enjoy!
