  • 1 15-Ounce Can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed with aquafaba reserved
  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Canned Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Liquid Aminos or Tamari
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Blend until completely smooth, adding aquafaba as necessary to achieve desired texture. Serve with veggies and enjoy!
