Ingredients
- Bread Slices
- Fresh Figs, sliced
- Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
- Sea Salt
Spread
- 1 Cup Almonds
- 1/3 Cup Coconut Cream
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Liquid Aminos
- 1/2 Teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Soak the almonds in boiling water for at least an hour.
- Blend the soaked almonds, coconut cream, garlic, liquid aminos, balsamic vinegar, and salt in a food processor until the mixture is combined.
- Spread the almond mixture onto a slice of bread and top with several fig slices. Garnish with rosemary and sprinkle with sea salt.
