Ingredients

Filling

  • 3 Medium Peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Date Syrup or Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Topping

  • 2/3 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 3 Tablespoons Maple or Date Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Oat Flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Add all the filling ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the peach mixture into a small baking dish or dish for your air fryer.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix all the topping ingredients until a crumbly dough forms.
  5. Spread the topping evenly over the peach mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool slightly, serve with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!
