Filling
- 3 Medium Peaches, sliced
- 1/4 Cup Date Syrup or Maple Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Topping
- 2/3 Cup Rolled Oats
- 3 Tablespoons Maple or Date Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Oat Flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/8 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven or air fryer to 350°F.
- Add all the filling ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Pour the peach mixture into a small baking dish or dish for your air fryer.
- In a separate bowl, mix all the topping ingredients until a crumbly dough forms.
- Spread the topping evenly over the peach mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool slightly, serve with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!
