Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Tahini
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2-4 Tablespoons Maple Syrup (to taste)
  • 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Ginger

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. For extra creamy honey butter, refrigerate for 30 minutes, until the mixture is thick.
  3. Spread on toast, use to roast veggies, serve on a sweet potato, etc. Enjoy!
