Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Oat Flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Tahini or Almond Butter
- 3 Cups Sliced Strawberries
- 1 Teaspoon Arrowroot Powder or Cornstarch
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl combine the oats, oat flour, and salt.
- Add the maple syrup and tahini. Stir until a crumbly mixture forms.
- Reserve a heaping 1/2 cup of the crumble. Then, press the crumble into the bottom of the parchment-lined pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sliced strawberries with the arrowroot and lemon juice.
- Spread the strawberries on top of the crust.
- Top the strawberries with the reserved crumble.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top of the crumble is browned and the bars seem to hold together.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Cut into bars. Enjoy!
