Ingredients
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Soy Milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- ½ Cup Non-Dairy Greek Style Yogurt
- 1 Scoop Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Pinch Salt
- Add ins: chocolate chips, frozen/fresh fruit
Instructions
- In a large bowl (or two separate mason jars) mix all the ingredients thoroughly until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy!
