Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Cup Soy Milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • ½ Cup Non-Dairy Greek Style Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Salt
  • Add ins: chocolate chips, frozen/fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl (or two separate mason jars) mix all the ingredients thoroughly until combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy!
