Ingredients

  • 1 15 Ounce Can Chickpeas
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Aquafaba (liquid from can of chickpeas)
  • 1/4 Medium Purple/Red Cabbage
  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt (add additional salt to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients, except the aquafaba to a food processor. Process until smooth, adding the aquafaba gradually until you achieve your desired consistency. Enjoy!
