Ingredients
- 4 Green Tea Bags
- 2 1/2 Cups Cold Water, divided
- 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Raspberries
- 2 Sprigs Mint Leaves
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Transfer to a pitcher, add the tea bags, and steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add the raspberries, mint, and 1/2 cup of the water to a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture and allow to cool to room temperature.
- When the tea is steeped and the raspberry sauce cool, add the sauce to the tea, along with the remaining 2 cups of water.
- Pour over ice, if desired. Garnish with additional mint. Enjoy!
