Ingredients

  • 4 Green Tea Bags
  • 2 1/2 Cups Cold Water, divided
  • 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Raspberries
  • 2 Sprigs Mint Leaves

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Transfer to a pitcher, add the tea bags, and steep for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, add the raspberries, mint, and 1/2 cup of the water to a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture and allow to cool to room temperature.
  4. When the tea is steeped and the raspberry sauce cool, add the sauce to the tea, along with the remaining 2 cups of water.
  5. Pour over ice, if desired. Garnish with additional mint. Enjoy!
