Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Teaspoons Lemon Zest
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Cups Chopped Watermelon
  • 2 Cups Chopped Cantaloupe
  • 2 Cups Halved Strawberries
  • 2 Cups Purple Grapes
  • 2 Cups Cherries, pitted
  • 3 Nectarines or 4 Apricots

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl mix the maple syrup, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  2. Place the fruit in a large bowl, pour on the dressing, and toss to combine. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy!
