Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Teaspoons Lemon Zest
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Cups Chopped Watermelon
- 2 Cups Chopped Cantaloupe
- 2 Cups Halved Strawberries
- 2 Cups Purple Grapes
- 2 Cups Cherries, pitted
- 3 Nectarines or 4 Apricots
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix the maple syrup, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Place the fruit in a large bowl, pour on the dressing, and toss to combine. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy!
