Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Red Lentils
  • 2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Smoked Paprika
  • 2 Teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes, omit for less spice
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Add 3 cups of water to a medium pot. Stir in the lentils and bring to a simmer. Let cook for 8-9 minutes. When the lentils are tender, drain.
  2. Gently mix the spices into the lentils. Serve with your favorite non-dairy taco fixings! Enjoy!
