Ingredients
- 3 Cups Raw Cashews
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
- Pinch Cayenne (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl mix the cashews, maple syrup, salt, and cayenne (if using).
- Place the cashew mixture on the lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Break into chunks, serve, and enjoy!
