Roasted Cashews Three Ways

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Raw Cashews
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • Pinch Cayenne (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl mix the cashews, maple syrup, salt, and cayenne (if using).
  3. Place the cashew mixture on the lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Break into chunks, serve, and enjoy!
