Ingredients
- 1 15oz. Can Chickpeas
- 1/4-1/3 Cup Aquafaba (reserved chickpea liquid)
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 Cup Tahini
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- Pumpkin Seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and season with additional salt, if desired. Top with pumpkin seeds, serve, and enjoy!
