Ingredients

  • 2 16oz Blocks Silken Tofu
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion, diced
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Chili Powder

Instructions

  1. In a non-stick pan, cook the onion over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, until mostly soft.
  2. Add the tofu and spices to the pan. Stir to break down the tofu and cook 3-5 minutes more, until the tofu is evenly coated with spices and is warmed through. Serve and enjoy!
