Ingredients

  • 1 16oz Block Silken Tofu
  • 2 Cups Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Cup Non-Dairy Milk
  • 2 Servings Vegan Protein Powder (optional)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
