Ingredients

  • 5 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Can Chickpeas
  • 2-4 Tablespoons Aquafaba (liquid from can of chickpeas)
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Teaspoons Cumin
  • 2 Teaspoons Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Mince three of the garlic cloves. In a small pan, saute the minced garlic in vegetable broth for a few minutes until soft and fragrant.
  2. Meanwhile, add the remaining two cloves of garlic, chickpeas, almond butter, lemon juice, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt to a food processor. Process until smooth, adding the aquafaba as needed to achieve your desired consistency.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and top with cooked garlic. Sprinkle with additional smoked paprika. Enjoy!
