Smoked Paprika Roasted Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Raw Almonds
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the almonds in 2 cups of water. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Allow the almonds to soak while the oven is preheating.
  2. When the oven is heated, drain the almonds and spread on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with the paprika and salt. Shake the pan to coat.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the almonds are lightly browned and fully dry, stirring halfway though.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool. Enjoy!
