Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Date Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1/4 Cup Nut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Molasses
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 2/3 Cups Oat Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the date sugar, applesauce, nut butter, molasses, ginger, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the oat flour, flaxseeds, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Scoop into 2-tablespoon-sized balls and arrange on the prepared baking sheet. Use the palm of your hand to flatten each cookie.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool completely. Enjoy!
