Sugar-Free Cherry Lemonade

Sugar-Free Cherry Lemonade is a refreshing summer drink. Sweetened only with fruit, this drink is the perfect healthy choice.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Cherries
  • 2 Cups Boiling Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Date Syrup +/- to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 3 Cups Cold Water

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe dish, heat the cherries on high for 1 minute.
  2. Soak the cherries and date syrup in 2 cups of boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain and press the cherries for extra juice.
  3. Add the lemon juice and 3 cups of cold water. Stir well. Taste for sweetness and add additional date syrup, if desired.
  4. Refrigerate for at least an hour, until the lemonade is cool. Enjoy!
