Sugar-Free Cherry Lemonade
Sugar-Free Cherry Lemonade is a refreshing summer drink. Sweetened only with fruit, this drink is the perfect healthy choice.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Cherries
- 2 Cups Boiling Water
- 1 Teaspoon Date Syrup +/- to taste
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 3 Cups Cold Water
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe dish, heat the cherries on high for 1 minute.
- Soak the cherries and date syrup in 2 cups of boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain and press the cherries for extra juice.
- Add the lemon juice and 3 cups of cold water. Stir well. Taste for sweetness and add additional date syrup, if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour, until the lemonade is cool. Enjoy!
