Ingredients
- 200 Grams Sweet Potato, steamed + mashed
- 3/4 Cup Date Sugar
- 2/3 Cup Nut Butter
- 1/3 Cup Bourbon
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 Cup Oat Flour
- 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line the bottom and sides of a brownie pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the sweet potato, date sugar, nut butter, and bourbon.
- Mix in the cocoa powder, oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips. Press into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
