Ingredients
- 2 Teaspoons Instant Espresso Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Hot Water
- 1 Teaspoon Date Syrup + extra for the glass
- 2 Cups Oat Milk (or other non-dairy milk)
Instructions
- In a bowl (or the bowl of your food processor) combine the espresso powder, hot water, and date syrup. Whip until the mixture is light and fluffy. The mixture should be able to stay on a spoon when turned upside down.
- If desired, line two glasses with additional date syrup. Pour 1 cup of oat milk into each glass. Dollop the coffee mixture evenly into both glasses. Enjoy!
