Sweet and Spicy Roasted Nuts
These Vegan Spicy Roasted Nuts are a delicious crunchy snack. They are oil-free and sugar-free, perfect as a sweet, spicy, healthy appetizer or snack.

Ingredients
- 3 Cups Mixed Nuts (I used pecans, cashews, almonds, and pepitas)
- 1/4 Cup Date or Maple Syrup
- 2-4 Teaspoons Sriracha
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cloves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients. Stir until all the nuts are evenly coated with sriracha and syrup.
- Spread the coated nuts on the prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes, until the nuts are browned.
- Let the nuts cool completely on the pan. This is what makes sure they stay crunchy. Serve and enjoy!
