Sweet Spicy Vegan Granola is loaded with plant-based superfoods and savory spices for a crunchy, sweet, spicy snack. Plant-based, oil-free, sugar-free.
- Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the dry ingredients (and all the spices) in a medium bowl. Add the date syrup, maple syrup, and molasses. Stir until all the oats are coated.
- Spread the mixture on the prepared pan and bake for 20-35 minutes. Let cool on the pan for 10 minutes before breaking into chunks. Enjoy!
