Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cloves
  • 1/4 Cup Date Syrup*
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup*
  • 2 Tablespoons Molasses

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients (and all the spices) in a medium bowl. Add the date syrup, maple syrup, and molasses. Stir until all the oats are coated.
  3. Spread the mixture on the prepared pan and bake for 20-35 minutes. Let cool on the pan for 10 minutes before breaking into chunks. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

*You can use all date syrup or all maple syrup and achieve a very similar granola.
