Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 Head Cauliflower
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. While the oven is heating, chop the cauliflower into small florets and slice the garlic.
  3. Rinse the cauliflower and then place on a baking sheet with the garlic. Sprinkle on the turmeric, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
  4. Roast for 30-40 minutes, stirring halfway through. Enjoy!
