Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 Head Cauliflower
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- While the oven is heating, chop the cauliflower into small florets and slice the garlic.
- Rinse the cauliflower and then place on a baking sheet with the garlic. Sprinkle on the turmeric, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes, stirring halfway through. Enjoy!
