Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Vegan Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ Cup Vegan Buffalo Sauce (I recommend Primal Kitchen or The New Primal)
- ½ Cup Vegan Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ½ Tablespoons Garlic Powder
- ½ Tablespoon Onion Powder
- ½ Tablespoon Dried Parsley
- ½ Teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ Batch Seitan Chicken, finely shredded (OR 2 cups chickpeas OR 2 cups shredded jackfruit)
- 1 Bunch Green Onions, sliced, for topping
- For dipping: crackers, carrot sticks, celery sticks
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients except the chicken in a large bowl, ensuring the cream cheese is well incorporated.
- Fold in the chicken.
- Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
- Sprinkle with green onions. Serve warm, with crackers, carrots, and celery.
