Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Vegan Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ Cup Vegan Buffalo Sauce (I recommend Primal Kitchen or The New Primal)
  • ½ Cup Vegan Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • ½ Tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • ½ Teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ Batch Seitan Chicken, finely shredded (OR 2 cups chickpeas OR 2 cups shredded jackfruit)
  • 1 Bunch Green Onions, sliced, for topping
  • For dipping: crackers, carrot sticks, celery sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients except the chicken in a large bowl, ensuring the cream cheese is well incorporated.
  3. Fold in the chicken.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
  6. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve warm, with crackers, carrots, and celery.
