Ingredients
- 1 Pound Brussels Sprouts, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 Small Head Kale, de-stemmed and finely chopped
- ¾ Cup Dried Cranberries
- ¾ Cup Roughly Chopped Walnuts
Dressing
- 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl whisk the dressing ingredients until combined.
- In a large bowl toss the salad ingredients with the dressing. If desired, massage the kale slightly to soften. Enjoy!
